Casement Window Part

1988 Pella Alum clad window. We are need the replacement plastic part for the bottom hinge. Glide that slides in frame.

Take a look at our 39-371 Pella hinge shoe pair and see if these match up to yours.
A quick learner from Colorado says:
Hi. I can say from experience with my parents' Pella casement windows (ca. 1970s) that the two types of "shoe" (bottom track guide) are not interchangeable. See photo attached, note the arrows. "Type 1" as labeled has two large notches, while "Type 2" has those notches with a small "step" inside each one. The latter kind will not fit onto the metal holder on the window and still go into the track. We wound up having to cannibalize a window that isn't used to be able to put the guide onto the window that is used.

We, too, would be very grateful to know where to get the "type 1" track guide as shown, as well as the "type 2" track guide that you carry.
