I believe what you are looking for is our 39-139 operator. Take a look and see how well the dimensions match. Also be aware that some of this kind of operator have different mounting holes. Some mount from the back of the base while others mount from the front of the base. Take a look and see which one yours is. Our 39-139 is a front mounted operator, for example. If yours is the rear mounted kind, I suggest getting our 33-205. It is a #10-24 threaded nut.
