Casement operator replacement

A quick learner from Chicago,Il says:
Hi,

I'm looking for a replacement for the attached pictures.
The stamped number on the main part appears to be 45179.
Near as I can tell, the shorter arm has 20810A on it, though I'm not sure I'm reading it correctly.

Let me know if more pics would help.

Thanks,

Tom

Hey, Tom. This reminds me of our 39-031 and 39-032. However, I would carefully compare your dimensions to ours to confirm that these are correct.
A quick learner says:
Thanks, Tom.
The dimensions match up, so that seems to be the case. Thanks for your help !
