This looks like an old type of Bilt Best awning operator that installed on the side of the window. I'm afraid that it is no longer made. You may want to consider a newer style operator like our 39-083, which is installed at the bottom of the window. You would need to have a wood shop or carpenter make you up some new wood trim and wood sill cover so that the newer style can install on your sill. Also look at the related videos on the right side of this page. You might need a professional familiar with windows to do the work.
