13" arm. I need to replace 2 casement operators in my home, one left and one right. I have to find replacement parts or like-parts and I am having trouble finding anything due to the placement of the holes in the operators.

I don't believe the operator you show in your photos is still available. Sash Control are no longer in business. I suggest using our 39-013 and 39-014, along with new tracks (either our 39-505 or 39-533). You should also purchase a new handle, such as our 39-114L or the fold down 39-205. You will have to adapt these to your window frame and most likely drill new holes. It will require some handy work to get these to install, unfortunately.
