The items in attached photos are original to MW casement windows that are approximately 13 years old.
Number stamped on the arm of the operator is 31850. Need six operators for left swing windows and six operators for right swing windows. Also need to know what size wood screw we should use as well at the quantity per operator. We did not remove any of the operators because they are badly rusted and could only see four screws holding the operator in place.
Number stamped on the operator pin is 31639. Need six operator pins for left swing windows and six operator pins for right swing windows. Also need to know what size pan head screw we should use with these operator pins.
We recently replaced badly rusted hinges on all twelve of these windows at our amenity center with your stainless steel hinges and are very pleased with the results.
