SWISCO - The Replacement Hardware Authority

Casement window side track

A quick learner from Massachusetts says:
Hi I have a casement window in which it opens from the bottom outward. The top portion of the window is pivot point. The top section of the window will not close properly. When I investigated it appears that the black plastic guide has cracked in two pieces.

I do not knwo the manufacture but it does have the NFRC 100/200
code HII-1
Rating NFRC
Series CLCASE
MST 2650

Wondering if this part can be replaced or do I need a new window.

I'm afraid you won't be able to replace that black plastic guide. You will need an entirely new hinge. You can see our entire selection of hinges at the top of our casement window accessories page.
