A quick learner from Michigan says:
Casement window operator is stripped so the window wont open or close completely. Operator does not come off, even with the screws removed.

This is an old Andersen Awning operator from around 1959 which is no longer made. We happen to carry three of the newer style Andersen operators, but I'm not sure which one would work best for this old part. Take a look at our 39-206, 39-389 or 39-390. Keep in mind that these are all different sizes. Could you get any of these to work on your window?

Make sure the operator is also disconnected from the sash before you try to remove it. If it still won't come out, then you may need to remove the wooden trim covering it.
