Certain Teed shoe pivot?

A quick learner from Mechanicville NY says:
Hi. I have one cracked Certain Teed shoe pivot. The model says Certa Weld on the frame and installed in 1994. Please help to identify the part(s) needed and " how to" fix this. The pivot casing appears cracked and is stuck in current location. The casing is a worn yellowed plastic and the inner part is a slate blue grey.

Thank you for posting. Have you seen our 15-155 and 15-192 CertainTeed pivot shoes yet? Do you think either of these match your hardware? Make sure to compare their dimensions.

If you aren't sure, please remove your pivot shoe from the jamb itself and take a few pictures of it separately. Make sure to watch our video tutorial on the best way to remove your pivot shoe.
