Thanks for posting. Now, just by eyeballing your bottom shoe, it appears to be similar to our 15-001. Please compare its dimensions to your own shoe and let me know if that looks to be a match.

However, because your bottom shoe does not have wings while your top attachment does, your balance will have to be custom made. We do not have a standard Series to match that. Before we can begin with your custom order form, though, can you first remove your sash from the window and weigh it? We will need to know its weight in order to determine the appropriate option, since the stamp of 2090 isn't standard, either. Let me know!

Part 15-001 dimensions looks to be a match.

The sash weighs 9 3/8 Ounces.

Thanks

Thanks for getting back to us! I'm sorry, but I think you may have weighed the wrong thing. The sash should at least weigh a couple pounds. Are you perhaps measuring the balance itself by mistake?

The sash is the part of the window that actually slides up and down. That is what I need the weight for. Let me know!
A handy person from California says:
Sorry my mistake.

Sash is about 20 pounds

What is the next step for placing a custom order?

Take a look at the S395-21 with the 2040 option. This balance should be a good replacement for your old window balance. Let me know if you have any further questions.
