Need 29 inch channel balance 19-002 top and 15-003 bottom weight option 2820. Cannot find this combination in your online catalog. Any info on availability and pricing would be appreciated. The quantity needed is 10 of this size. Also need quantity 4 of 23 inch with same top and bottom and weight. Thank you.

Thank you for posting. This balance would have to be custom made. Before we start, though, can you confirm that you have the 15-003 shoe? This isn't the most common shoe, and if your balance has to be custom made then I want to make absolutely sure that we are getting you what you need. Please take a few pictures of the top and bottom nylon attachments on your channel balance. Thank you!

Attached are photos requested. Ordered two of S351-29 to try and they do permit quite a bit lateral movement of the sash.

Actually, just by eyeballing your shoe, I think our Series 390 would have been the better choice. Your shoe is very deep. You could always just purchase the shoe that comes with the Series 390 (our 15-001) and swap it out. Check out the video below to see how.
