I have single hung aluminum windows that are in need of new Channel Balance hardware. I have a few pics that were sent to me & I need to identify which parts to order. It's clear I require a 2820 option but I'm not certain about the Series. Hopefully the photos attached will shed some light on the subject & I can place my order.
