Channel Balance

A home owner from West Vancouver, Canada says:
I'm looking for two channel balance. The metal piece is 14" long and the marking is: 13 5 I5 CALDWELL (see pictures)
The shoe is: 1 3/32"

according to your product list it seems to be the
14" Series 385 Channel Balance
Product Code: S385-14

I'm not sure how the numbering fits with the marking.

I would appreciate if you could let me know if I selected the correct product so I can order it.

Thank you.

The S385-14 looks close, but you will have to carefully compare the dimensions of your nylon attachments to those found on the Series 385 to be sure that they match. The stamp of 13 5 usually corresponds to our 1350 option, but you may want to weigh your sash just to be sure.
A home owner from West Vancouver, Canada says:
Hi Tom,
thanks for your quick reply.
It is the S385-14. However, there is no 1350 option available for this part. Can I use the 1340 option?

thanks,
Herbert
