This 28" in length, I believe that it is 19-002 top guide, with a 15-005 winged shoe. It is stamped with 2730

Can you confirm the depth of your bottom shoe? I cannot determine what it is based on your tape measurer. If it's over 1", it may be our 15-004, in which case I would recommend our Series 350 channel balance.
