Channel Balance Replacement

A quick learner from Lincoln, Ca says:
Hello, I am need of replacement channel balances. My question is about the bottom shoe. The measurements of my bottom shoe match 15-004 of the 385 series, but the side profile is different. How important is that? I hope you are able to see what I mean from the pics. Thank you, Jon.

It may be important, depending on exactly how different it is. We did not receive your pictures, though. Can you try again?

Thank you! That is a little weird. I have seen this kind of shoe profile before, but only used in special types of balances where the pulley wheel is built into the shoe. This is clearly not the case for yours, though, so I think you can get away with using the 15-004. I don't see anything else that may it from working. As long as the depth is 1-3/32" I think you should be okay.
