Channel Balance Replacement

A handy person from Orlando, FL says:
Stamped 28C It's a 1/2 x 1/2 inch channel 29 inches long.
Window does not tilt in
Bottom sash weighs 18 lbs

The plastic pieces don't look like the ones on your site. Similar but different. Entirely enclosed with the channel.

The window is about 7 years old but I don't know the mfg. and there is no sticker on it. It's a new home (7 yrs old) that was built by Beazer Homes.
User submitted photos of a window balance.

It's difficult to tell what can work. Your shoe looks different from ours because much of it has broken off. I think if you were to find a whole one, it'd resemble our 15-004 or 15-005. In that case, I'd recommend either our Series 385 or Series 380 balances, respectively.
