Channel Balance & Top Sash Guide

A quick learner from USA says:
Need help with the following:

Channel Guide
Model - 28DS 42
Width - 9/16
Depth (less shoe & top) - 5/8"
Length (less shoe & top) - 29"

Top Sash Guide
see dimensions on photos

This is for the bottom sash of a double hung window aluminum frame window. 51" wide, double pane and pretty heavy. The original channel guides only lasted about 5yrs with minimal use. Both are shot. One of the top sash guides is wasted as well

We should be able to help, yes. Can you tell me the exact weight of your sash? Can you also show me a picture of the top nylon attachment on your balance? I only see the bottom in your pictures.
A quick learner says:
One more photo of the balance top nylon attachment. Top sash guide body is a little over 5/8" (21/32") wide. Sash weight is about 38 lbs.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thank you for the updated pictures. I believe you have our S390-29 channel balance, based on these pictures. For a 38 pound sash, I'd recommend the 2865 option. Two balances with this option can carry a sash weighing 35 through 39 pounds.
A quick learner says:
How about a part number for the top sash guide? I assume it also needs to be compatible with the top nylon attachment for the channel balance you recommended?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
I'm afraid we don't have that top sash guide. We've seen it a few times in the past but have never been able to find an exact match. The 18-009 is the closest we have, but I cannot guarantee it will work.
