Channel Balance but do not know height

Hi,

I need a couple of sets of Series 350 Channel Balances for two (2) non-tilt windows. The original hardware is missing, and so I can't identify the correct length for the channel balances.

The overall height (top edge to bottom edge) of one of the windows is 23 inches, and the overall height of the other window is 25 1/2 inches.

Can you identify the appropriate parts for these windows?

Thank you for posting! Could you actually give us the height of the glass? That would help us identify a possible replacement.

The height of the exposed glass is 21 1/4 and 24 inches for the two windows.

Thank you for getting back to us. For the glass height of 21-1/4", I'd recommend the S350-22. For the glass height of 24", I'd recommend the S350-25.
