Channel Balance needed

Hello,
I was sent to you from the window manufacture(interstate windows) the picture attached is channel balance i am looking for , looks to be 20 inches has a db102 20b stamp in it..its from a fold out double hung window..
let me know if you have these or where i can get these or if a similar on will work ..i will need two
