Good morning! Thanks for posting. Looks like your top attachment is winged, while your bottom is not. I still need to figure out what that bottom shoe is.

Check out our 15-001 and 15-002 and tell me which is a closer match.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for quick respond. I am surprised my part is not standard.
Seems like my bottom is 1 1/8. Can you tell me the cost?
Can you tell me why my some windows are hard to move up and down?
Maybe because bottom is not winged? My townhouse I live in
was build in 1995.
My neighbor have same problem with opening and closing..
Thank You
Sam

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hey, Sam. Your windows may be hard to move up and down because the springs are either shot or were never the correct strength to begin with. Are all the windows the same? How about the stamps on the balances? Are they the same as well? The stamp is what tells us what the strength of the spring is.

You may want to weigh the window sashes and let us know what their weights are. We should also know the stamps printed on the channel balances installed in those windows. With that information, we can tell you if the springs are the appropriate strength.

If you want to stick to the same strength balance as the one you sent us a picture of, you need to order S395-28 with the 2730 option.
