Good afternoon. Your top sash guide resembles our 18-166, but just double check your dimensions to make sure it matches our own. As for the balance, I would say it's between our Series 380 or Series 385 but that would depend on the size of the bottom nylon cap. Again, just compare dimensions and see which is closer.
