Channel Balances

A quick learner from Chula Vista, CA says:

All my sash windows are broken and I need replacement channel balances. My windows don't have a manufacturer on them (this is a tract home) so I took a bunch of pictures of the balance. I just want to make sure I order the right thing! Can you help me get the right part number?
