Also it seems it is S395-30 from your website but the channel shoe looks different

I do not believe this is the Series 395 channel balance, considering your bottom shoe has wings. It looks more like either our S380-30 or S385-30. You will need to carefully measure your bottom shoe in order to confirm the better match. We have dimensions on each balance's respective store page you can use as reference.
