Channel balance, caps and slides

A handy person from 33467 says:
Hi, can you help me identify which parts to purchase? Please pardon my lack of window part lingo.

I need 6 channel balances, each 27" long. See images.
I need 10 of the caps that hold the channel balance in place. The ones that are attached to the top, side of the window. See images.
I need a bunch of the plastic glides that clip on the front of the window.

Thanks

I think you may have Kinco windows. See our Series 385 channel balance, 18-166 top sash guide, and 67-026 face guide. Could this hardware work for you?

Perfect, thank you for the help.
