Channel balance option

A quick learner from Lake Placid says:
Hello

Im looking to purchase several units of S385-37, but the current stamp reads as (36-4)

the metal channel itself measures 37" long, so I think I have the correct length ordered, but the tension is my concern.

I need to make sure tension rating is accurate for as they are for an elderly couple, and if too much variant, they may be unable to open/close their windows.

so I would need to make absolutely certain you can correctly match the tension rating on the current balances.

thank you for your time

With a stamp of 36 4, I would go with our 3640 option. However, just to make sure, you will have to weigh the sash and match it to the list of options we show for the S385-37. There, you'll see that we match every option with how much weight they can support.
