I've seen this type of roller before and I don't believe they are still available. What is the thickness and diameter of the wheel? Maybe we can suggest a different type roller with the same wheel to use as a replacement.

I feel like they have worn down and that's why they are not working anymore but they currently measure 3/16" wide and 15/16" in diameter. Can you show me a picture of what you think might work please?

I'm afraid we haven't been able to find anything in this exact size. I'm not sure if it's available anymore. You may want to consider an all new track system, like our 23-500 kit.
