Closet door wheel frame broken

A quick learner from Evanston, IL says:

The frame around the wheel has broke around piece 20121. Right now the wheel fits into the groove of the track but without that frame around the wheel which elevates it about 1/2 an inch, the top part of the door is hanging outwards. Please advise
