Coil Balance Replacement How To

A quick learner from St. Louis says:
I need to retrofit my windows with coil balances in place of the original spiral balances which keep popping continuously. The window company that sold me the windows provided me the proper coil balances for each of my windows. However, I have no idea how to properly install, (retrofit) these new balances. Do you know of a video or do you have instructions for installing coil balances?

As a matter of fact, we made a video on replacing coil balances ourselves. Now, I cannot guarantee the same method will work for you since this is a custom project, but this video shows the typical way these balances are installed and should at least shed some light on what's necessary.
A quick learner from St. Louis says:
Thanks, this video is only of limited help as I have large windows that require more then one balance per side. Is there a how-to video or directions on retrofitting multiple coli balances on each side of a large window?

I'm afraid not. Your project is unique so I don't think you'll find general instructions on how to do it. You may want to contact a local handy person for further assistance. You will likely need hands-on instructions based on your specific needs.
