I believe we can help, yes. One important thing to keep in mind with this kind of balance system is that you only need to replace the parts that are damaged. If a portion of this system is undamaged, there's no reason why you can't reuse it. That said, see our 15-180 pivot shoe-15-181 detent clip, 15-182 bushing, and Series 190 coil spring. You will need the number printed on your current spring in order to choose the best Series 190 option.
