Commercial Door Pivot set

Please help identify if this pivot set. Assembled on the door, it looks like the Swisco 79-128 in the Youtube video (but in bronze). The 3x7 door may be 20+ years old and was made by Atlas Architectural Metals Inc. Can you identify the Swisco part without requiring me to take it apart (concerned it might not reassemble). Note that the "round stuff" on the bottom pivot is where someone has used washers to try to keep it from rubbing on the threshold.

Take a look at our 79-127. I believe this is the part you're looking for. This is not the first time I've seen a washer used to build up the bottom pivot. Most likely the bottom bearing is worn.
