Complete Coil, Pivot Shoe, Support Cap, Flange, Barrel

A quick learner from Coatesville, Pennsylvania says:

I'm looking to replace all the components (coil balance, pivot shoe, support cap, flange, and barrel) for my Weathercraft vinyl window (44" width, 22" height, 28Lbs). Please provide guidance on the following:
1.) Part numbers to completely replace the coil and related components.
2.) Coil weight recommended for 28Lb windows.
3.) The attached photo shows two Coils per side of window. If two coils are still needed per side of window, please provide instructions on how to daisy change the two coils to achieve the desired balance for the window.

Great, this is a big help. The company that made your balances system actually discontinued this style, but replaced it with more modern hardware. After reviewing your order, everything you chose is correct except the spring weights. I would recommend four S152-7 springs for a 28 pound sash.
