Correct Channel Balance

A quick learner from Eureka, CA says:

I have narrowed the correct part to a S380 or a S385. One has a 15-004 shoe and the other a 15-005 shoe. I am unable to determine the difference between the two shoes on the web site. Is there a difference in dimension or shape of the two shoes that I can identify?
