I'm not sure what to recommend. Your operator looks similar to our 39-027E, but this takes handles with an 11/32" spline like our 39-114 or 39-114L. You say your operator takes a 3/8" spline. You might be able to use either the 39-104 or the 39-286 handle, but these are meant for Andersen operators. I don't think you have that brand. I would triple check your measurements just in case.
