Crank operator replacement

A quick learner from New Berlin says:
NEED A REPLACEMENT MECHANISM FOR LEFT WINDOW. DO YOU HAVE ANY LITERATURE THAT MIGHT HELP ME DECIDE THE CORRECT MODEL? hAVE LOOKED ALL OVER THE WINDOW FOR A STICKER OR NUMBER, TO NO AVAIL. IS THE ONLY WAY FOR YOU TO SUPPLY THE CORRECT PART TO HAVE ME SEND PICTURES? tHANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP. DAVE

You have a very old Andersen casement window. I'm honestly not sure what modern operator could be used as a replacement. You could consider our Truth 39-028E and 39-027E, along with a face mounted track like the 39-533. We also have the 39-366 operator and 39-504 under mount track. In either case, you'd need a new handle like our 39-114L or 39-205. That said I cannot guarantee this hardware will work, even if you adapt the sill to accommodate them.
