Custom Length Fixed Channel Balane

A home owner from Venice, FL says:

Please quote on two Swisco Series 380 single hung non-tilt window balances. I have a 19-005 top and a 15-005 bottom foot. The metal channel is 9/16" x 5/8" x 11" long. B.S.I. 1010 is stamped on the channel. I'd like to order two of these if you can tell me how. It's shorter than your stock 13". Thanks.
