DH Window balance/pivot parts

Sure, I think we can help. Looks like the spring and cover are in good condition, and just the pivot shoe cam is broken. See our 15-175, this may be all you need. If you also need the spring, see our Series 152 coil balance.

Usually, when a pivot shoe cam breaks like this, it's because the window sash is tilted in while still closed. You would want to raise the sash about 6" before tilting it. Just something for your customer to keep in mind in the future.
