Defective Door Handle

A home owner from Melbourne Vic says:

Door Handles that needs replacing
Distance between the outer ridge of the two screw holes 105mls
The door handles is comprised of four parts:-
External door handle - 2 screws 150ml length - Internal door handle

Defect the screw hole is worn and has started to deteriorate causing the handle to move.

From observation the Internal Handle has number 1060

Take a look at our 82-035 handle set and 82-226 mortise lock, these parts appear to match the hardware in your pictures.
