Determine correct replacement window guide

A quick learner from Fort myers, fl says:
Part # on part shown in picture is 2926 DSL
The sash weighs 40 lbs.and is hurricane glass. I am sure the part in picture is not heavy enough.

The window is 42 inches wide and the top sash is fixed does not open.

Thanks,

John

Thanks for posting. It's tough to make out what Series balance you have based on your picture. It may be our S395-30. Can you confirm? If so, I'd recommend the 2970 option for your sash weight.
