Difference between 15-047 and 15-070

What is the difference between these two parts? They seem to have the same dimensions but one costs twice as much. Would they be interchangeable?

The 15-047 pivot shoe is used for heavy duty residential vinyl windows, while the 15-070 is only used for Season All Thermal Guard vinyl windows. They are not interchangeable. The center cam on the 15-070 actually sticks out an additional 1/8".
