Differences between the genuine Pella and generic rollers?

A home owner from USA says:
any big difference, besides price between, 81-98 and 81-249? one is pella and the other generic. is it worth it for best function to go with pella? i don't want to be less than thrilled after replacing.

Casey from SWISCO responded:
The only major difference is that the 81-098 is a genuine Pella product, while the 81-249 is a generic version. That said, the 81-249 is a good roller. I think it's a great alternative choice for your door.
A handy person says:
does 249 have a metal wheel as well? I don't want a vinyl wheel.

Casey from SWISCO responded:
Yes, the 81-249 has a 1-1/2" diameter steel ball bearing concave wheel.
