Do I have 26-299 or 26-244?

A home owner from New Jersey says:
I'm trying to decide whether 26-244/43 or 26-299/98 is closer to my existing latch. 244/43 matches the top dimension and protrusion dimensions, however the protrusion isn't curved like 299/98 and the bottom of 244/43 appears to have some sort of catch near the protrusion which mine do not. I took a close look at my windows and it appears that the curved protrusion is not necessary as there's enough clearance fr a triangular protrusion like that of 244/43. Can you suggest which one I should go with?

Thank you for posting. I think that 26-298 and 26-299 look like a better match. However, to what top and protruding dimensions do you refer? Would the 26-299 and 26-298 still work?
