Do you have this part?

A quick learner says:
Hi,
This piece is broken and I am attempting to replace it. I do not know the brand of the window. The only marking I found was on the window lock which reads "insul sash".
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Luca

We might be able to help. First, can you remove it from the window? Can you also give me its dimensions? Specifically, I would like to know its width, thickness, and the distance between the center of the screw hole to the tip (the part that fits into the pivot shoe). Thanks!
A quick learner says:
Hi Tom,
Thank you for the response. Unfortunately I cannot remove the piece as the window is in a rental apartment.

Thanks so much for your help.

Ah, I see. Well, you can always look at our 26-040 as a possible replacement. We also have a whole variety of pivot bars to consider. The only way to know for sure what you have is to measure the original, though.

Thanks so much for your help. You are very kind.
