Door hinge replacement

A quick learner from South Berwick, Maine says:
I have a ~10-year-old EMCO door, model #0010824662. The lowest hinge pin is no longer there. Would the 40-165 work as a replacement and how difficult is the installation?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
It's hard to say if these will fit your EMCO door. I'm afraid I cannot guarantee it. These are a generic brand, so installing them is a little tricky. You must insert the spring, then both top and bottom pins into the hinge. Depress and hold both pins in the hinge while you install it into the cut out on the side trim piece.
