This was in a front door of a raided ranch from 1980a it may be original but needs replacing. I cannot find anything in lowes or Home Depot that has the bulb part to stick into the gap around the door. The bulbous end appears to be paper wrapped around wire or rubber with the foam padding for the seal.

Unfortunately, we do not have this exact seal. You could possibly use our 58-169 as a substitute; this just nails onto the frame. Could that work for you?
