Double Hung Window Tilt Lock

A quick learner from Cincinnati says:
Help! I've come close to finding this lock, but not the right one. The locking tab is a double stepped curved surface. It has 375 stamped in the bottom of the part, but no other identifiers. I've found the shoes, the pins, but not this part, and each window needs at least one replaced!

The windows are pre-2000, located in Cincinnati (not sure if this helps). Color is a white, or off white, not beige as the pictures turned out...

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello again, Don! Take a look at our 26-263 and 26-264 tilt latches. I think you'll find these match well. I would just carefully double check your measurements compared to ours just to confirm that they line up. Let me know!
