Double hung tilt in window parts

A home owner from Cincinnati says:
Hi,

I have some double hung tilt in Windows that I need to replace the balance, shoe, and pivot bar on. I know that the balances are 21" and 22" by 5/8" black bearing for my two windows. However, I'm having a hard time determining what shoe and pivot bar I need to order. Can you tell by the attached pictures what sizes/parts I need? I'm unable to remove the shoe without a jamb stretcher and the other tool to release the tension, and would like to order all the parts at once.

Thanks,
Christen

Thanks for posting. The pivot bar resembles our 15-047, but you will need to carefully compare our dimensions to yours in order to confirm. This is often used with the 26-040, but I would also advise you to compare our pictures and dimensions to your current pivot bar to make sure it's the same.
