Double hung tilt with broken spiral balancer plastic ends

a customer has a 1980s tilt out double hung, enclosed are 2 pics, one of a shoe? that attaches to sash, the other of a broken plastic circle attached to the spiral balancer,
the round shoe seems to fit into the broken plastic circle.

Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. Compare the width and thickness of yours to our 15-046. This may be what you want, but ultimately it comes down to dimensions.

Your new picture appears to be the same as the one in your first post. I'm afraid that doesn't narrow it down. You will need to remove your old shoe and measure it as carefully as you can, then compare those measurements to the 15-046 dimensions we show.
