Hey, Mike. Starting with the smaller stuff, check out our 15-015 pivot shoe, 26-016 spring and 26-017 spring retainer, 26-040 pivot bar, and finally our 26-094 dust cover. You can also see them on the right side of this page.

The balance is a little trickier, though. 46" is a very large balance. We may be able to custom make it, but I will need to ask a few questions first. Can you confirm that the spiral tube diameter is 5/8" (or 9/16")? Can you also tell me the weight of the sash?
