Double hung window sash

A handy person from Nantucket says:
length is 41 inches, total sash width is 3.5 inches, manufacturer unknown, sliding groove is approx. 7/8 inch wide. Tilt out window by forcefully pulling window top -- no latches.
Any Idea? Looks almost like Anderson tracks, but theirs are smaller in width

This looks a lot like our Series 751 channel balance. The top S hooks are our 19-029 short and 19-030 long. We do not sell the vinyl tracks, but you should be able to re-use them assuming they aren't damaged. Check out the video below to see how you can replace the balances.
