Drawer still won't close correctly

A home owner from Glastonbury, CT says:
Thank you for sending the case runners so quickly. They were easy to install.

I have a question, which I'm hoping you may be able to answer. After replacing the case runners, my drawers still won't close all the way. Do you know what might be causing this?
When my drawers weren't closing, I noticed the broken case runners and hoped that by replacing them, the drawers would close all the way. I can't figure out what is causing them to stop.

If you happen to have any suggestions, I greatly appreciate your help.
Thank you very much,
Christine

I'm not sure what the issue could be, but I have a couple ideas. I've heard similar stories from other customers with Kenlin hardware. When replacing the plastic guides, many have found it a little tricky to get the drawer back in. Unfortunately, there's no real trick to it, from what I remember; they just kind of had to push it in as best they could.

Another possible culprit could be your socket, shown in your second picture. You appear to have a match for our 32-081, but it looks like one of the prongs is missing. That may be causing an issue.

Lastly, if your old case runner had a little wheel in it, then the 32-076 is not compatible. That's a different kind of part that our Kenlin hardware unfortunately cannot replace.
